A JOURNEY OF TASTE, DISCOVERING PIEMONTESE TRADITION.
After exploring the flavors of Valle d’Aosta, the TOG in Tour continues its culinary journey and stops in Piedmont! Every Friday in March, our Friday night menu will be dedicated to one of the most iconic regions of Italian cuisine, where tradition meets top-quality ingredients and intense flavors.
ONLY FOR DINNER ON FRIDAYS, MARCH 7, 21, AND 28.
From Plin to the three roasts, small pockets of stuffed pasta served with their own sauce and crispy sage, to the Barolo Risotto with Castelmagno cheese and hazelnuts., where the symbol wine of the Langhe meets two ingredients deeply connected to the region. Not to mention the classic… Vitello tonnato, made even more delicious with Cantabrian anchovies and caper berries, or the Bagna Cauda, here reinterpreted in a more delicate version but still full of character.
And for those who love desserts? The journey can only end with the… Bunet, the traditional cocoa and amaretti pudding, served with whipped cream for an even more indulgent touch.
We look forward to seeing you on March 7, 21, and 28 to explore a new chapter of our journey in taste. Book your table and let yourself be guided by the flavors of Piedmont!
