Every Friday evening in April, the TOG Bistrot transforms into a corner of the Riviera, with dishes that tell the story of tradition and ingredients that evoke both land and sea. There will be room for the great classics, but also for some surprises: pesto will embrace fresh pasta, the intense flavors of Ligurian herbs will enhance seasonal vegetables, and the sea will make its presence felt in the fresh fish and the most typical recipes.
